The housing project Luštěnická is a perfectly designed architectural project located in the city district Prague 9 Kbely. A house placed in the middle of rich adult trees and shrubs offering a marvellous view of the Czech Central Mountains provides quiet housing for everyone who longs for an easy access to the city centre and who wishes to relax in his/her quiet home at the same time. The time needed to get to the city centre is 20 minutes thanks to the nearby underground station Letňany on the line C. The closest bus stop is located at the distance of 200 metres. The city centre can be reached by means of a suburb railway the closest station of which is at a 5 minutes walking distance. The journey to the very downtown takes 17 minutes. In the locality, there are several golf courses. In 2010, a new 27-hole golf resort will be completed at Vinoř and an 18-hole golf resort will made available at Černý most. What can be an advantage for exacting clients is the fact that there is an airfield at Kbely operating an aero-taxi service. The airfield is used exclusively by small private planes and by the Czech Government air squadron. Business people will appreciate the proximity of Prague Fair Site at Letňany at the distance of 3 km.
